Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution was available in the kitchen for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Kitchen staff stated the same spray bottle is used for the dining area and may have been misplaced.
Corrective Action(s): Mix 1 oz bleach with 1 gallon of water (or 1 tsp bleach with 1 litre of water) for proper concentrations. Keep in labelled spray bottle or bucket and store in the kitchen at all times. Keep a separate spray bottle or bucket to use for the dining area. Staff prepared two buckets of bleach solution at time of inspection; 100 ppm detected in each bucket.
