A routine inspection was completed: - Walk-in-cooler storing canned, alcoholic drinks was 9C; upright cooler was 3C; upright drink coolers 4C; freezer -16C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle had strength of 200ppm. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Pre-cooked hamburger patties reheated in oven, hot dogs on roller, and pretzels served. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins separate from RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present or they possess an recognized equivalent certificate. - All equipment and surfaces are in good working order. - Valid health permit and decal posted. - All in order.
