Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in the back area observed to have items in the basin. A chair was observed to be in front of the handsink.
Corrective action: Ensure that no items are stored in the handsink and that it is accessible.
Rationale: Handsink needs to be free of items and obstructions for food handlers to be able to wash their hand frequently and practic good hand hygiene in order to reduce the speed of communicable disease and foodborne illness.

Observation: Display cooler #1 and #2 measured to have an ambient temperature of 9.0 C and 10.0 C respectively.
Corrective action: Contact a technician to fix the display coolers and do not store any cold potentially hazardous foods until coolers are fixed and verified by the Health Inspector
Rationale: cooler needs to be in good working order to maintain cold potential hazardous foods at 4 C or colder in order to prevent the growth of pathogens (eg. harmful bacteria) and production of toxins. which can lead to a reduction of food borne illness

General observations noted during the inspection
1. Temperatures
Under the counter cooler measured at 1.7C
Under the counter cooler (black) measured to be at 3.4C
Upright freezer measured to be at -18C
Upright freezer (silver) measured to be at -18C.
Glass sliding door cooler measured to be 1.6C
Thermometers observed to be in refrigeration units.
Temperature logs in use and documented daily.

2. Sanitation
All hnadsinks equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel.
High temperature dishwasher measured to be sanitizing at 71.4C.
QUATs spray bottle measured to be at 200ppm. QUATS test strips available.
Expresso machine wand cleaned and sanitized with 200ppm QUATs three times daily.
Ice machine observed in sanitary condition with ice scoop stored in designated container.
Washroom handsink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Two compartment sink with drain plugs for manual ware washing available.

3. Food Storage
All foods observed to be covered and off the floor.

4. Pest control
No pest activity detected during time of inspection.
