General food storage practice is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place.
Random food items checked for best before dates and integrity of canned items. No issues noted at this time.
Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips.

Note: excessive ice build up noted in one of chest freezers in the back. Ensure the excessive ice is removed to fully close the door.
