Operator replaced sanitizer solution during inspection and dishwasher was able to reach 50ppm chlorine at plate surface. Corrective Action(s): Routinely check concentration of chlorine using test strips to ensure that low temperature can reach at least 50ppm chlorine at plate surface. Violation Score: 5
