Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw eggs stored in container of food debris at 22C. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded raw eggs onsite. Ensure to keep potentially hazardous eggsat 4C or colder.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A stainless steel bowl stored in kitchen handsink.
Corrective Action(s): Bowl removed upon request. Remind all staff not to leave anything in handsink. The handsink must be accessible at all times.

211 - Frozen potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above -18 °C. [s. 14(3)]
Observation: One third of the raw chicken in chest freezer were stored at 0C while the remaining bags of raw chicken were stored at -8C.
Corrective Action(s): Place a thermometer in this unit and see if temperature and be adjusted to -18C or colder. Otherwise, repair/replace freezer.

Observation: Screen door net is detached from door. There is still a 3-4 inch gap when screen door is closed around the perimeter. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace screen door as even if the screen door is used, it is currently not effective against pest entry. Complete in two weeks.

Observation: Food debris noted under take out boxes bin under microwave, under cooking line, shelving racks inside glass cooler and gap between wall and dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all food debris, clean and sanitize these areas properly and more frequently. Complete in two weeks.

Observation: Floor tiles were mostly replaced in kitchen, however a few of them are cracked again.
Corrective Action(s): Have all floor tiles properly repaired/replaced so that surfaces are smooth, non cracked and easily cleanable. Complete in two weeks.
