Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small amount of rodent droppings were present on the floor corner next to the refrigeration unit.
Corrective Action(s): Manager cleaned the above-noted area to remove the rodent droppings during the inspection. She informed the janitor would sanitize the area at a later time. Monitor for signs of pest activity and continue with pest control measures: closing the entrance/exit doors between use, sealing any potential entry points, maintaining the food premises in a clean condition, covering food in storage areas, and a pest control program to setup mechanical traps as needed.

Handwashing station (double-compartment domestic sink) was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Domestic cooler was at or below 4 degrees C and it was equipped with an accurate thermometer.
Domestic freezer temperature was satisfactory.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the labelled spray bottle.
Domestic dishwasher with a sanitizer cycle was available.
Dishwashing is also conducted through the commercial dishwasher in the nearby Cedar Grove Baptist Church Kitchen.
Commercial dishwasher in the church kitchen had a final rinse temperature was at or above 71 degrees C (measured at 83 degrees C) at the plate level.
Manager held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: March 14, 2025).
