Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Observed one staff member not using soap when hand washing and were told to rewash hands properly with soap and they did. Reminder manager onsite that staff must use soap when washing hands.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL staff use soap when washing hands for proper sanitary maintenance

Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL areas of food equipment/floors, etc(including walk-in cooler floors under shelving) are properly cleaned and maintained at ALL times

Observation: * Some personal stuff(eg. purses/jackets, etc) were being stored on table at food prep area. This is unsanitary practise and must not occur
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL personal stuff stored at back of store in designated personal storage area. Keep only what is used for business onsite and reorganize all areas of storage so that these areas are clean/maintained and free of clutter, etc
