Floor and all meat processing equipment have been cleaned. Good.
All dry food items are now being stored away from the meat grinding table.

* Ensure the food service worker on duty have FOODSAFE training or its equivalent by June 15.
* Recommended using a commercial grade floor cleaner/degreaser to clean floors and shelving in walk-in cooler.
* It would make it easier to properly wash and sanitize the cutting board (used for cutting meats/chicken) in the sink, if it is cut into 2 or 3 pieces. ( if possible).
* Recommended using a separate color coded (e.g. yellow handled tong) to dispense paneer and soya chops.
