Corrective Action(s): Batter must either be kept in a refrigerated cooler if not in use or placed in a ice water bath.

Observation: Cutting boards observed on shelving in hallway outside walk in freezer and walk in cooler. Food prep at this location will impede access to the walk in cooler and freezer. In addition there is no hand sink present.
Corrective Action(s): Remove shelving and cutting boards in the hallway. If additional storage space in needed, install additional shelving inside the room where the electrical panel is located. Ensure access to the electrical panel is not impeded.

***Monitoring logs are not being maintained. Provide logs upon follow up inspection. Maintaining logs demonstrates premises is doing its due diligence.
***Premises will continue to be placed elevated inspections due to the poor inspection history.
