* The facility is providing refrigerated storage for Kombucha made by a manufacturer based out of Abbotsford.
Please forward the information about the company name and contact person for kombucha brewer. Kombucha must be made
in an approved premises.
* Provide thermometers in all coolers. You must monitor and record all cooler temps on a log sheet.
* Turkeys are being defrosted in double sinks. Ensure to thoroughly clean sinks using detergent and sanitize with 200 ppm chlorine bleach.

Deli coolers below 4 C.
Internal temperature of potato salad in the salad bar < 4 C.
Sliding door cooler < 4 C.
Ice cream freezer < -18 C.
Front display cooler < 4 C.
