- General sanitation is good. - All handwashing station stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. - Upright storage cooler and domestic storage cooler are less than 4C. New domestic cooler unit in storage room is less than 4C - All freezers are functional - Hot holding unit greater than 60C. - High temperature dishwasher (stationary) achieved 72C at the dish level during the final rinse cycle. - Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine residual - Dry storage area is good. - No signs of pest activity. - FOODSAFE certified staff on duty.
