- Staff stated noodles are recently rehydrated, returned to cooler.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Empty, clean, and sanitize ice machine. Discard first round of ice.

2. Do not double stack containers without covering. Do not double stack containers in insert level as that hinders cold air flow and prevent food from maintaining proper temperatures.
