Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot dog buns in the bread section were being stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): These were discarded during the inspection. Ensure that all PHF's are stored in the cooler in the future.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no sanitizer in the vegetable cutting/prep room.

Corrective Action(s): Replace the glue traps under the aisle shelves regularly. Sweep under the shelves regularly as well.

Observation: The soup cooler closest to the kitchen entrance was between 8-12 degC.
Corrective Action(s): Soups were moved to the cooler next to it. Get this cooler repaired. Do not use until it can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below. Send me the repair invoice as discussed.
