Observation: Dishwashing rack in dishwasher filled with dishes - cups and plates are pressed together.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure dishware is placed in dishwasher in a way to allow easy access for water and heat to all surfaces/sides of dishware to allow for proper cleaning and sanitizing. Do not over fill dishwasher.

Observation: No cold water available at 3 comp sink used for handwashing. Cold water knob has broken off faucet.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsinks are supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Handsinks must also be clear of obstructions to allow easy access and use for handwashing.
Operator has called it in for servicing.

2. Single use disposable gloves used to clean, prep food, wash dishes - not changed between tasks
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food handlers wash hands with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel between tasks. If gloves are required they must be replaced between tasks and handwashing. Do not re-use single use disposable gloves. Discard after use.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure no food is left in 3 comp sink during dishwashing and cleaning to prevent possible contamination of food.
Designate time 3 comp sink is used for food prep and when it is used for dishwashing.

Screen door must prevent pest entry when back door is open - repair screen door properly
