Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report #KLAI-CDMSST
Front of house prep cooler was noted broken and has been removed off the premises by the operator. A new prep cooler has been purchased and as per the operator, will be coming in later today.
Low temperature dish machine was noted with 25 - 50 PPM chlorine residual when tested at the plate level after the rinse cycle.
No pests or pest activities noted during the inspection.
The ceiling vent above the dishwashing area and the interior of the keg reach-in cooler was noted in a sanitary condition.

Note: Please ensure the bar drink gun nozzle head holder remains in a sanitary condition. Ensure unwanted liquid is able to flow out of the holder.
Note: The cabinet of the deep fryer still needs to be cleaned. Clean and sanitize this area and cleaned at the specified frequency as dictated in your sanitation plan and maintain in a sanitary condition.
