-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-Coffee stirrers stored in ice at this time. Ice machine satisfactory.
-200ppm QUAT available in bucket to hold wiping cloths. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Back storage area satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Washrooms satisfactory.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
