Reinspection requested by owner for re-opening! - Site visit: Met with the Owner. A new water leak is noted from the ceiling in the kitchen prep area. Once again: restoration and repair services are required to fix the new leak, repair/replace damaged surfaces, clean work areas and disinfected all food contact surfaces in the kitchen. Reinspection is required prior to re-opening. Pending!
