Observation: 1. Growth of mold observed on the interior of glass cooler located at the bar area.
2. Dried food debris found on one of the ladle hanging on the wall together with other clean ladles.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize the interior of the glass cooler immediately. Remove all the glass cups stored inside and sanitize them by running through the glass washer. Correct by: Immediately.
2. Clean and sanitize the ladle immediately and ensure dirty utensils are cleaned sanitized before storing them. Corrected during inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food surfaces sanitizer not available at the back prep area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure every food prep area is provided with food surfaces sanitizer. Operator added a new quats spray bottle to the area.

Observation: Accumulation of food debris and dust found at the following locations:
- In the bottom drawer cooler under the grill.
- in the bottom section of the sandwich cooler where three bottles of sauces are stored.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the aforementioned areas and follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule.

Observation: Walk-in beer cooler and one drawer cooler located under the grill measured with an ambient air temperature of 8C and 9 C respectively. Operator stated technician had been called.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned coolers and ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less can be maintained. Correct by: July 21, 2020.

- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
