Routine check: Food Store ONLY, Walk-in cooler and sandwich display cooler (by the front cash area) are at the correct temperature (<4 C /40F or colder). Recalled sandwiches: Store was previously notified by supplier and these have already been pulled and are not for public - good. Hand washing sinks have liquid soap and paper towels, in dispensers.. Premises is well-maintained. Chlorine bleach sanitizer is available (1/2 to 1 tsp domestic bleach per litre of water required to sanitize food contact surfaces after cleaning).. Perishable food dates appear ok. Keep nutrition label information on-site for hot chocolate powder. Double sink is available at back.
