General:
> Hot and cold running water available.
> Liquid soap and paper towels available at handsink.
> High temperature dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of 76.0C at the plate.
> 200ppm RTU QUATS sanitizer available.
**Please obtain QUATS test strips to verify the concentration of solution.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> Temperature logs are present however not consistently maintained - last recorded date was September 6.
> Temperatures are recorded twice daily at the start and end of day.
> Temperature for September 9 start of day was not recorded.
> Pest control services provided by Orkin.
> Please ensure all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control.
