Observation: 2 frozen fish were found stored in garbage bags in the beige chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food items are obtained from an approved source. The safety of unapproved food items cannot be verified, as the source of the food is not inspection. If food item belongs to church members, remove the item from the facility and discontinue storing personal items in the facility.

Observation: 2 bags of salt in the back storage room were stored on the floor.

Comments

-Minimal amounts of food stored on-site.
-Upright glass door cooler was at 3C.
-Kimchi cooler was at -1C.
-Chest freezers were at -24C and -22C.
-Upright freezer in storage area was at -15C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels (stored in cupboard).
-Bleach available in the janitorial storage area for preparing bleach sanitizer. Provided signage for manual warewashing and preparation of bleach sanitizer.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
