Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walkin cooler shelf found to be lined with cardboard. All food contact surfaces must be constructed of easy to clean material. Cardboard can lead to contamination of food and is not easy to clean material.
Corrective Action(s): Employee removed cardboard during time of inspection.
Do not use cardboard to line shelves.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All sanitizer buckets found without labels. This can lead to cross contamination.
Corrective Action(s): All sanitizer buckets must be labelled appropriately. Manager onsite to obtain new sanitizer buckets that will be labelled permanently.

Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below.
Walkin freezer at -18c.
Hot holding at >60c.
All foods are located off the floor.
All dry storage food items found in containers with lids.
All foods are labelled appropriately.
Quat sanitizer found at 200ppm concentration.
Dishwasher reached 72.6c at dish level for rinse cycle.
Overall sanitation throughout the facility is satisfactory.
Employees onsite have foodsafe certification.
All employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear.
Dining area is in sanitary condition.
All tables are lined with new table clothes.
All utensils are wrapped and protected from contamination.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
