- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with the exception of the servery fridge (~6 degrees Celsius at time of inspection).
*Please monitor the servery fridge to ensure that it maintains a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or colder during off-peak times
- Freezer temperatures are <-18 Celsius
- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200+ppm concentration (Ecolab Oasis 146)
- Chemical-sanitizing dishwasher providing ≥50ppm chlorine residual during rinse cycle (Ecolab pellet-fed chlorine sanitizing dishwasher)
