Observation: Sanhareeb (Sam) Majnay does not have a FOODSAFE level 1 certificate. He is the only food handler on shift at the time of inspection. There must always be someone on shift in food service who has the FOODSAFE certificate.
Corrective Action(s): Sam must register in a FOODSAFE level 1 course and obtain the certificate within the next two weeks.

Sanitation is very good. Hot-holding measures > 60 C. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. Triple sink is in use with the 1st sink serving also as the hand wash sink.
