Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop for wet rice noodles was stored inside the container with the handle piece in direct contact with the noodles.
Corrective Action(s): Move the scoop away and hook it up on the side wall of the container. Handle piece should never in contact with food.
