3. behind equipment of main cook line

Corrective Action(s): - Continue to monitor and remove droppings on a daily basis
- Ensure to plug ANY entry points with steel wool, hard wire mesh or 'Pest Block' Spray foam
- Continue to store all food products in pest proof containers
- Contact Pest Control Operator required

- All handwashing stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels, hot/cold running water
- All temperatures satisfactory during time of inspection
* Walk- in cooler <4C
* All other coolers at 4C or below
* All Chest freezers and upright freezers from -7C to -18C
- Most foods kept covered, wrapped or stored in food grade containers within facility
- Chlorine sanitizer available during time of inspection, concentration of sanitizer at 100-200ppm
- Axiom Pest Management services facility on monthly contract, continue to follow recommendations from Pest Control Operator
- No rodent poison baits noted within the facility
