Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There is no chlorine sanitizer in the dishwasher final rinse water (0ppm detected after final rinse).
Corrective Action(s): The older chlorine bottle was replaced with a fresh bottle during inspection and 50ppm chlorine was deteced after several runs. Verify daily using your test strips.

Observation: Commercial dishwasher has a final sanitizing rinse of about 10 - 25ppm.
Correction: Check chemical concentration or chemical feed line and use your test strip to make sure that 50ppm is detected on the utensils after the final rinse. New fresh chlorine chemical will be used (new bottle is being purchased for tomorrow). If chlorine concentration does not reach 50ppm, manually sanitize using a 100ppm chlorine solution.
