On Follow-Up: Cleaning issues have been addressed Prep cooler has been fixed. Temperature inside unit is ~4 degC. The mat in front of the 3-compartment sink has been removed and the tiles refinished. Items not required for the business have been removed. Action Items: Purchase more bleach Clean the red crates that are in the walk-in cooler Look into purchasing a new prep cooler for the front service area Contact me once the ownership change has finalized.
