Implement the pest proofing measures recommended by the pest control company to repair the bottom of the loading bay door. Inspect and monitor ingredient storage area for pests. Handwashing stations are satisfactory. Tested the metal detector (flat packer and penny packer #2). General sanitation is satisfactory. No concerns with warewasher.
