- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition
- Handsinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Observed frequent handwashing by Operator during food preparation
- Coolers were operating at 4C or colder
- Freezers were maintaining food products in a frozen state
- Food was stored in a manner to prevent contamination. Raw meat/poultry stored beneath ready to eat items. All food were covered.
- Observed food safe thawing practice - in cooler.
- Probe thermometer present and used for checking food temperatures
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required temperature to sanitize dishes. Temperature at dish surface: 75.1C
- Ecolab sink and surface sanitizer within required range (272 - 700 ppm DDBSA) per test strips. Present in spray bottle and containers with in use wiping cloths.
- Interior of ice machine appeared clean/maintained. Scoop stored in sanitary manner outside of ice bin.
- No signs of pest infestation noted at time of inspection
- Staff/public washrooms were maintained and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Health permit with valid decal posted in visible location
