-Facility is currently not using the BBQ meat section. Facility will being using the BBQ section in the future to make their own product.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -20C.
-Facility has purchased a new oven to cook the BBQ meat
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station in the BBQ station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand, and single use paper towels.
-No food stored in the BBQ section at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility required to develop and post a COVID-19 safety plan. Safety plan must be posted in the facility and made available to staff, people who come on-site to work, and the public.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
