Routine Inspection Pizza prep cooler at 4 C or below. Walk in cooler at 4 C or below. Chest freezer at -18 C or below. Hot holding unit not in use at the time of inspection. Hand washing sink had hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels (that were restocked at the time of inspection). Ensure paper towel is always stocked. BUSH coloring product on site. Operator was instructed to discard BUSH food coloring product as this product is not safe for human consumption.
