Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tomato sauce and pineapple bits were stored on the prep counter under ambient air temperature. Internal temperature measured at 9C.
Corrective Action(s): Move the aforementioned food into the sandwich cooler. Do not store any potentially hazardous food under ambient room temperature.

Observation: Hand washing station faucet and taps were removed at the time. Operator showed the new parts and it was being installed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured at over 200 ppm in concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Staff diluted the concentration back to 200 ppm. Ensure the bleach sanitizer concentration is mixed at 100-200 ppm.
