Observation: Built-up of grease observed underneath the deep fryer. PICTURES TAKEN. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Ensure that thorough cleaning underneath heavy cooking equipment is conducted on a regular basis to prevent build-up of food and grease. Corrected by: November 6, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
2-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine. QUATs bucket and spray bottles measured at 200ppm.
Prep coolers, undercounter coolers, walk-in cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer, ice cream freezer, walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoops stored outside. Exhaust hood vent satisfactory.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Food observed to be covered in food preparation coolers.

The following violation in report#JCHY-CSXQGX have been corrected:
-exposed wood shelving next to stand-up cooler observed to be sealed.

NOTE: Ensure that thorough cleaning underneath fountain machine nozzle, walk-in cooler shelving are conducted daily. Ensure FOODSAFE LEvel 1 certification is readily available for inspector validation.

Overall, facility is well organized.
