Ensure to store food products off the floor on dedicated shelving in dry storage after delivery arrives. Dessert freezers at -18C to -28C. 3 coolers at 4C and below. Back storage satisfactory. Proposed deli section not ready at the time of inspection. Deli cannot be used for food service until approval is issued.
