Paper based inspection Report #F237932: Hand sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Spray bottle containing sanitizer measured 200 ppm (Quats). Walk-in cooler was at 2-4 deg C. Upright freezer in back was at -15 deg C (frozen products to be returned to supplier). Sandwich display cooler was at 4 deg C. (Best before dates marked on prepackaged sandwiches.) Store front freezers were at -18 deg C or colder. No longer baking cookies on-site. Oven has been removed. F'real smoothie machine - daily cleaning log up to date. Public washrooms were in sanitary condition and working properly. Ice bags come from supplier.
