Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (1) Foods stored in kitchen prep cooler had internal temperature >4'C. Raw chicken, fish fillet, salmon, soup, cooked chickens all had internal temperature ranging in between 12.4~14.1'C. Pictures taken. All discarded at this time. Repeated violation.
2) Dairy/Juice in a small cooler at servery ~7'C. Moved to the back cooler at this time. )

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Drink dispenser gun holder at the bar requires cleaning. Accumulation of sugar residue observed inside. )

Follow-up inspection conducted:

CODE 301 in compliance. Drink dispenser holder cleaned/sanitized after the routine inspection. Ensure to clean on a regular basis.

Fly straps installed on ceiling above the dishwasher, as well as servery area. Straps installed above servery area to be removed, as this area would be in use for minor food handling.
Wall gets washed with bleach at the end of each day. The drains were cleaned by the contracted pest control company. Continue to monitor the situation.
