Note:
- Scale in warehouse is only for measuring prepackage sausages. All other repackaging must be done downstairs in the processing room.
- Grape crushing season in Sept - mid October. Waste from grape crushing (stems, seeds, skin) must be swept up and discarded at the end of each day. Operator cannot allow waste from grape crushing to accumulate on the property. Area is to be hosed down after it has been swept. Operator must conduct all grape crushing under outside canopy. RV hose must be used for washing grape crushing machine. The grape crushing machine must be washed and sanitized daily. No grape crushing at the time of inspection.
