At the time of inspection, only the back side of the kitchen was in use for preparing sandwiches and hot dogs. The front side of the kitchen was not in use and all equipment have been shut off. Operator is to contact the health inspector when they plan to re-open the full kitchen as not all equipment were functioning (ie. dishwasher, coolers, hot water not provided at the handsink in the front) Hot water available at 3 compartment sink. Walk-in cooler maintained <4C. QUAT sanitizer available.
