Hand washing station provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Dishwashing sink maintained.
Sanitizer QUAT 200ppm available in spray bottles.
Proper Cooling process for pork roll with banana leaf was discussed with the operator. Banh Chung will only be made during lunar new year. food safety plans are submitted and available.
It was observed that Internal cooking temperature for pork rolls are measured using probe thermometer.
Walk-in cooler was at 4C or colder
Walk in freezer is at -18C or colder
No sign of pest activity at this date
General sanitation is overall good. Please ensure to repair floor finishing where the floor membrane is worn out.
