Routine inspection:

Kitchen used for catering preparation mostly on weekends for private and public functions.
No food storage onsite at time of inspection. Food is purchased on day of or night before.
Upright domestic cooler at 5-6 degrees C. When in use for a catering function ensure at or below 4 degrees C.
Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -15 degrees C.
2 compartment sink available for use along with a domestic NSF certified dishwasher.
2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Reminder that when in operation to prepare a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Permit posted in lobby.
Operator retaken and certified with FOODSAFE level 1.

Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of coolers and freezers. Accurate indicating thermometers in place.
