Comments

General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in sanibucket - change over all buckets at the same time to avoid any confusion
- dishwasher measured 73C at the final rinse cycle
- FOODSAFE requirements met
- ensure food stock is checked for expiry dates
- no obvious signs of pests
- hairnets available for staff and visitors

Note: Facility is planning to re-do kitchen flooring to prevent pooling water. Recommend sloping floor towards drains.

- walk-in cooler: 3C
- walk-in freezer: -18C
- temperature logs available

Serveries:
- all cooler/freezer combos are 4C/-18C respectively
- ice machine in Sorvest severy clean and sanitary
- hot holding units not in use (no food being served at time of inspection); ensure it is able to reach a minimum of 60C or hotter
- no obvious signs of pests in serveries
