Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated January 10, 2023 there were 5 children, 1 staff, and 1 person living in the home present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
· Promoting Active Play in the program
· Temporary Placements
· Criminal record checks
· Lead in the Water
