Observation: Rodent droppings were found near the back entrance. The area around is not used for food storage. Empty bins, cartons, wooden crates, and other non-food contact items are stored in the area.
Corrective Action(s): Regularly sweep under the shelves to monitor pest activity. Continue to store food off the floor to prevent pest contamination.

Observation: Cooler seals, handles, and shelves have build up of food debris.

Routine inspection conducted. Operator has moved equipment around. One of the two domestic stoves have been relocated to the area near the 3-compartment sink.

Temperatures:
Coolers are maintaining 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers are functional.
Thermometers are available.

NOTE: maintain temperature logs of all cooling units.

Sanitation:
Hand sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
200 ppm bleach solution is available in functional spray bottles.
3 compartment sink is equipped with functional plugs.
Cutlery is rented from a third party for catering events. Facility is only approved for washing cooking utensils. Receipts reviewed on site.

Inspector verified Food Safe level 1 training of the operator. Certification is valid until 2024.
Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company every week. Reports reviewed on site.
