Routine inspection conducted. Renovations completed as per approved construction plans with the following exception: Wine Cellar 1 and Wine Cellar 2 as indicated on the approved plans have been merged into one wine cellar/storage area with one entrance.

Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels are available for hand washing sinks. Note: Only large refill container of liquid soap is available for use at the upstairs hand sink at the present time. Operator stated that soap dispenser is to be obtained prior to facility re-opening to the public.
Domestic dishwasher with sanitizing cycle is available for washing and sanitizing of glasses. Note: Wine tasting is not currently being offered to the public.
No wine production at time of inspection. Discussed receiving, production of wine, storage, as well as cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facility.
Storage containers and wine bottles are stored off the floor.
Potassium metabisulphite is used for sanitizing wine-making equipment. Reminder to ensure that manufacturer's directions are followed for the dilution and application of this product.
General sanitation satisfactory. Ensure that any remaining construction materials are removed from the wine cellar/storage area.
No pest concerns noted at time of inspection.
