Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including staff restroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4C or below. All freezer units were at -18C or below. All food stored protected and in the correct storage hierarchy. Excellent cleanliness noted on the fume hood and deep fryers - keep up the great work. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer container. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Operator was onsite at the time of inspection - Operator has valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - expires April 13, 2026.
