Hand sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The meat cutting room had an ambient temperature of 10 C.
Meat cutter and meat grinder were cleaned adequately.
The walk in cooler and display coolers were < 4 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. Test strips were available for use.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
