- Washroom sinks have liquid soap and air dryers.
- Food handlers wear hairnets and uniforms.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Daily temperature monitoring records and dishwasher temperature records are maintained and up-to-date. Premises has moved from paper records to BOHA system (electronic records) in October 2023. Manager is knowledgeable in navigating system and is able to access previous records
