Paper based inspection Report F00244255:
Hand washing stations adequately maintained (liquid soap and paper towels available).
Chlorine sanitizer measured 100 ppm (dishwasher, buckets).
Hydrogen peroxide at 3500 ppm.
Walk-in coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer registered below -18 deg C.
Line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Line freezers were at -12 to -15 deg C.
Hot holding for eggs, sausages, burritos was at or above 60 deg C.
Temperature log available and up to date.
No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place.
Staff hygiene - clean uniforms and hair restraint.
Dining room washrooms and staff washroom provided with toilet paper, liquid soap and paper towels.

311 - Back storage flooring still to be addressed (scheduled for resurfacing and kitchen tile floor to be re-grouted and repaired - broken ones).
